Grinberg Method
The Grinberg Method â attention through the body, learning instead of therapy.
The Grinberg Method is not a therapy in the classical sense â but a learning process that empowers you to deal with your body and your experiences in a self-determined way.
You are not a "client" in the passive sense, but actively involved in your own process.
The Grinberg Method is a body-centered learning method that helps you recognize patterns, especially those associated with tension, which you often maintain unconsciously in everyday life. The goal is to gradually change these patterns and gain more freedom in your physical and emotional experience.
Through conscious attention, touch, breathing and perception, you learn how to let go of and change certain postures, movements or reactions that cost you energy, cause pain or block you emotionally.
In a joint conversation, we will find out what is on your mind and what a possible goal of the process could be.
Through targeted touch, breathing instructions, and conscious awareness of specific body areas, you are invited to pause, feel â and recognize where you are holding tension, where you are straining or holding back.
You will learn not only to notice these patterns, but also to actively let go of them. This isn't about "techniques," but about reconnecting with your own body's intelligence.
